Secure connection
The web tunnel connection between your devices and the dmc remote server, as well as the connection between your client, web browser, and dmc-ssi, are TLS-encrypted.
Your devices are never exposed to the internet and remain secure behind firewalls or a router.
Access to the Remote Manager can also be secured via two-factor authentication (2FA) with one-time passwords (TOTPs).
Device management
The REST APIs provide full access to the device management functions of the reflector server. This allows us to create and delete devices, check, configure, and delete device properties, and search for new devices.
Once you have configured your preferred functions, you can save them and use them on different devices at any time.
Cloud enabled & scalable
The Remote Manager typically runs on a virtual Linux server or in a container and can be deployed with a cloud provider of your choice.
If necessary, a load balancing setup can be activated to process large amounts of data from simultaneously connected devices and user sessions.
Right- and role management
dmc-ssi offers flexible rights and role management, enabling complete control over access to devices and their ports.
Lightweight Directory Access Protocols (LDAP) for user authentication, as well as REST APIs and webhooks, offer us further opportunities to customize the application and take customer requirements into account.
