Basic training
Designed for ORTIM a5, ORTIM a6, and ORTIMzeit
The basic training course provides in-depth knowledge on how to use the ORTIM a5 and ORTIM a6 series as well as the ORTIMzeit evaluation software. Participants learn how to professionally create, edit, and evaluate time studies. The focus is on working with video studies and applying special settings for group and multi-station work. Cyclical and non-cyclical measurement exercises are also carried out. Participants gain confidence in structuring workflows and learn the most important setting parameters for precise time recording.
Refresh-Training
Designed for ORTIM a5, ORTIM a6, and ORTIMzeit
This training course offers a compact review of the basics as well as a targeted in-depth look at the functions of ORTIM a5/a6 and ORTIMzeit. Key aspects such as setting parameters, time type structures, and the structured processing of process sections are reviewed. The program also covers topics such as data transfer, filter functions in the database, and the use of evaluation forms. The aim is to consolidate existing knowledge and significantly increase confidence in the daily use of the software.
The planned time training
Designed for ORTIMzeit and ORTIMplan
In the planned time training course, participants learn how to derive practical planned time formulas from real time study data and implement them in ORTIMtime. The targeted use of PCOs, short for planned time codes, and their assignment to process steps is taught systematically. In addition, influence quantities are recorded correctly and the transfer of data to ORTIMplan is practiced. Participants thus receive all the tools they need to integrate a consistent planned time structure into existing databases.
The work plan training
Designed for ORTIMplan
The training course on work planning with ORTIMplan focuses on the confident use of planned time formulas and their application in costing. Participants learn how to record and calculate planned time-based processes in a structured manner. In addition, workplace and system settings are taught in a practical manner so that the software can be efficiently integrated into existing planning processes. There is a clear focus on practical implementation for planning, comparing, and optimizing workflows.
Multimoment Study Training
ORTIMmulti - Multi-moment studies recorded externally
This training course teaches participants how to use ORTIMmulti professionally to conduct and evaluate multi-moment studies with external observers. The focus is on creating and preparing studies, defining positions and process types, and editing tour plans. The import and overview of the ratings are covered in detail, and evaluations for personnel requirements planning are explained. This is supplemented by the creation of forms and the management of studies within the program settings. The focus here is clearly on accuracy and process reliability in external surveys.
Multimoment Study Training
ORTIMnotes - Self-recorded multi-moment studies
In this training course, participants learn how to structure, implement, and evaluate self-recorded multi-moment studies. The focus is on creating and preparing projects, defining tasks, and processing recording assignments. The generation of random notes and their import are taught in a practical manner. Finally, the notes are evaluated to support personnel requirements planning, supplemented by the creation of individual forms and the management of projects.
User training CAPP Knowledge
In this training course, participants gain a thorough overview of the diverse modules offered by CAPP Knowledge – from process design to timing. The focus is on practical exercises covering key functions such as creating and updating process elements, working with process catalogs, and creating formulas. The training is supplemented by cross-module tips and tricks, for example on mass processing, work instructions, and customizing.
