Java SW-Developer (f/m/d)

Your qualifications:

  • A successfully completed degree in Computer Science or a related subject from a university
    or university of applied sciences
  • Proven experience with an object-oriented programming language, preferably Java
  • Experience with various computer operating systems and environments (Linux, UNIX, Windows, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
  • The ability and willingness to respond quickly to changing requirements and to ensure compliance
    with deadlines, schedules and management targets
  • The ability to work well within a team comprising internal and external staff
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English
  • Ability to understand complex structures and interrelationships

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and new development, initially of Java programmes in the financial accounting and
    inventory management environments
  • Close collaboration with IT and business departments
  • Problem analysis in complex applications
  • Ticket processing using IT service management tools such as JIRA
  • Testing and documentation
  • Development of shell scripts on Linux
  • Updating and creating process descriptions, including the associated flowcharts

 

Start date: immediately or by arrangement
Location: Hallbergmoos (Freising district). Remote or home working is not possible for this role
Working hours: Full-time, 5 days a week, though 4 days a week is also welcome
