What you bring to the table!

• A successfully completed degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering
  or a comparable education
• At least two years of experience in professional software development
• Understanding of planning, analysis, design and testing of web-based applications
• Basics of product management
• High degree of initiative and analytical, goal-oriented and conceptual approach to work
• Team-oriented approach to work and good communication skills
• Good German and English skills, as well as presentation skills
• Motivation for further development and openness to change

Core technical skills

• In-depth knowledge of back-end development (Django, DRM)
• Knowledge of API design (REST, JSON, XML)
• Confident use of relational and, where applicable, NoSQL databases (Influx DB)
• Experience with modern front-end technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Vue.js)
• Ability to identify UI/UX requirements and implement them effectively
• Ability to model software architectures and complex technical data models
  (understanding of software architecture principles)
• Experience in refactoring, migration and modernisation of legacy systems
• Version control, deployment and testing in CI/CD environments (GitLab)
• Experience with containerisation and complex deployment environments (Docker, nginx)
• Knowledge of performance optimisation and scalability

Your tasks:

• Supporting the young software development team with expert knowledge and
  expanding team competence (mentoring, consulting on architecture development,
  structured development process)
• Taking on responsible tasks in product development, namely:
  o  Participating in the collection and analysis of market and customer requirements for our product development.
  o  Further developing and implementing quality assurance measures
  o  Analysing and implementing automation potential/productivity increases
  o  Creating project and product documentation
