Meanings

A new meaning is available for the export function. If you assign the meaning Settings:Unit, the time unit set in the system settings for the ERP interface will be transferred for export. This unit is used for performing the time calculation. The time values are written in this unit into the export file.

Warn

The meanings Work plan:Unit and Working process:Unit now transfer the unit set for the work plan or working process and no longer the time unit for export set in the system settings for the ERP interface.

You are not allowed to combine the meanings for the unit. If you assign the meaning Work plan:Unit, the time calculation for work plans will be performed with this unit. The same applies for working processes.

Rules for export

Rules are now available for the export interface (as already available for the import interface).

Rules enable you to generate various export formats depending on the contents of data fields.

A rule is defined for a field. The rule specifies the field contents and the configuration file, which is to be used when the field content occurs. The export format is stored in the configuration file.

Example

If

 Field Plan type = 100

then use configuration file

 pps-100.ini

In the file configurator, the following entry is displayed in column rule: 100->pps-100.ini

Info

You can create any number of rules per field. All the rules are checked. On the first hit, the specified configuration file is reloaded.

Warn

The configuration file specified in a rule is always sought in the directory that also contains the standard configuration file set in the system settings.

Export window

The export window now displays the process number for each working process.

Settings

Units

A new settings page is available for defining the time units allowed for export.

Only the time units set here are exported.

Warn

Set the time units here that your ERP system is capable of processing.

Data format

In the data format settings for export, the list of time units now only displays the units set above.

Conversion of the units

If a time unit is used when exporting the data that is not supported by the ERP system (which does not feature in the list of allowed units - see above), a suitable unit will be used from the list of allowed units.

Example

If the unit Seconds (sec) is set for a working process and only hours (hr) and minutes (min) are allowed, the unit Minutes (min) is used.
