Export

The XML export exports a work plan without sub-folders.

The structure in which the work plan is integrated is also not exported.

Import

The XML import imports the work plans under the <Automatically imported objects> folder.

When importing, the data is first grouped into resources (work centers and materials), work plans and work processes.

The data is imported in this order.

The relationships between the process elements (links, connections) are established using the <ProcessElementID>.

The identification features specified in the ERP system settings are used to find existing data.

Without identification, existing work plans, workstations and materials cannot be correctly identified. As a result, the data is unwantedly re-imported.

The identification features for user fields depend on the database selected. When changing a database, the characteristics must be adapted.

If for example, the characteristics <Code> and user field <Plan type> are specified for work plans, work plans that match these two characteristics are searched for in the database.

Operations

Work processes are searched for and linked to the work plan.

Resources (workplace, material)

Resources are integrated below the root object.

The identification features specified in the ERP system settings are used to find resources.
