A time field is blocked if the corresponding time is made up of several task lines or process lines are used. oThe balancing window can now be uncoupled from the program window using drag & drop. •Edit working process oIf the new system setting <Monitor the recommended time in the editing window> is activated, a corresponding warning is displayed in the information area of the editing window if the recommended time is exceeded. oA new pad of forms <Recommended time> is available. This shows information relevant to production planning. The data specified in the system settings for the duration of a working process are compared here with the process time of the working process. A message is displayed as to whether or not the recommendation will be adhered to for the time of an operation. oThe form block for working process lines has been expanded and can now display several linked images side by side. •Task scheduler oA new task <Recommended Time> is available. The task examines working processes in terms of the recommended time (see above). Calculation •Planning oThe cost accounting in planning for projects has been enhanced. oWith the help of a new base year, changed costs and cost rates are offset in the planning. oDeviating from the project, cost increases can now also be applied to the offer. •Navigator oSeveral offers can now be opened in parallel (<Open in new tab>). oThe window for editing offers can now be dragged out of the main window and opened as a separate window. oPositions between two open windows can be copied between two offers using drag & drop. oThe form pad for printing the production contents of quotation items can now be displayed in landscape format. oThe number of pieces offsetting for deviating piece payments has been extended. The change affects the offer form (the form extension is adjustable) and the cost view of the offer. oProduction costs are now shown differently. ERP interface •Data format oAs an alternative to the previously used CSV format, the XML format is now available. oThe file format can be specified in the task planner and during manual import and export. oThe standard format for ORTIMplan XML files is used as the XML file format. You can find all the details on this in the XML Interface manual. oXML export ▪For the data transfer to the ERP system, non-relevant XML tags (e.g. process lines) are automatically hidden, i. The default is: allow. ▪Record reason for change •The option activates a procedure that asks for a reason for a change in the event of time-relevant changes (including changes to name, code and status). ▪Change working process •If the option <Extended change> is activated, the same dialog is used when renaming (F2) that is used for creating working processes. ▪Cost centers •With new settings, you can define how cost centers are effective in the work plan or working process. •You can now control the previously defined rule of first directly assigned cost centers, then cost centers via linked workstations and wage categories. •The following settings can be made for cost centers on work plans, cost centers on workstations and cost centers on wage groups: o<Use cost centers>: with this you allow the use of linked cost centers. o<Connect cost centers>: Here you determine whether a cost center can be connected or not. o<Note on connecting cost centers>: The linking of cost centers is permitted, but a message is displayed. You can enter the information text yourself. ▪Position •The settings for the item number of operations have been moved to a separate settings page. •Here you can now determine whether the settings are valid system-wide or whether the settings should be made separately for user groups. •When defining user groups, the settings are managed accordingly in the group settings. ▪Duration •A new settings page for the recommended process time of an operation is available. •You can specify the working time and an influencing factor and a user field that contains the number of employees. The default is: do not sort. oCalculation ▪With the new option <Show working process number in position tree>, the position number of the working process is displayed in the position tree of the offer. oCalculation, number format ▪A new settings page with decimal places for factor and material quantity is available. The settings in the calculation module are independent of the positions specified in the work plan. oSystem performance ▪Time results for working processes are cached for quick access via the settings Temporarily save time results.
