NewResources •XML export oResources can now be exported in XML format. oThe cost rates are exported for workplaces. oThe prices for material are exported. Settings •Workstation settings, General oTabs can now be highlighted in color. oThe color can be adjusted via the tab. •System settings, ERP interface oInclude folder / work plan under: Use root object oUse XML file format. ▪If the XML file format is selected, the text format UTF-8 is automatically set. ▪The identification features for the data import can be specified on the XML settings page. •Click the + sign to add new features to the list. •In the XML file, the associated XML tags are identified with the attribute <Identifier = "true">. ERP interface •Data format oAs an alternative to the previously used CSV format, the XML format is now available. oThe file format can be specified in the task planner and during manual import and export. oThe standard format for ORTIMplan XML files is used as the XML file format. You can find all the details on this in the XML Interface manual. oXML export •For the data transfer to the ERP system, non-relevant XML tags (e.g. process lines) are automatically hidden, i. H. not written to the XML file. •Work plans are exported. oXML import ▪Workplaces and materials are imported. ▪Work plans and work processes are imported and linked to workplaces and materials. ▪Times are currently not imported. User administration •Password never expires oThe expiry of passwords can now be deactivated in the user group above the maximum password age 0 for all users of the group. Changes•All hotfixes that were provided for older versions are integrated in version 8.6.3. •The OpenSSL libraries has been updated to version 1.1.1j: libssl-1_1.dll, libcrypto-1_1.dll. •The XML schema has been updated to version 2.0: process-elements.xsd. |
