Work planning

•Variant generator, compare existing work plans

oThe new setting <Compare working process name> means that the names of the work processes are also changed during synchronization. So far the names have never been changed.

oThe new setting <Only compare existing working processes> means that only the operations in the variant are compared. So far, all work processes of the template have always been compared.

oWith the new setting <Sort working processes by position>, the work processes are sorted in ascending order by position after the comparison.

oThe change log created during synchronization has been expanded and improved.

System

•Task scheduler

oA new task <Sort work plans and working processes> is available. The work plans and folders on a structure level can be sorted alphabetically, in ascending order by name or code. The sorting is efficient; only really performed sortings lead to storage in the database. The task can be canceled at any time and continued later.

•Cached time results

oCached time results are currently not removed when changes are made to processes.

oThe update of the time results can be forced via CTRL+F5 in the navigator and in the editing window.

•Material parts list

oThe item number of the working processes is displayed.

oThe material amount is displayed with the set decimal places.

•ERP interface

oThe data field property <sort> can now also be assigned for the name and code of work plans. This sorts work plans in ascending order on one level by name or code.

Calculation

•Forms, cost overview: The form has been expanded.

•Forms, sales price: The form can be configured using options.

•Forms, production contents: work plan prices can be displayed via an option.

•Cost increases: Cost increases can now be saved directly in the offer and thus become independent of the project. When you close a quote, the project's cost increases are automatically transferred to the quote.

•Customers: If the inventory protection status is set, the prices can no longer be changed.

System

•Task scheduler, Release invalid users and licenses

oThe task now has options that offer the cleanups separately.

oThe task releases licenses and users who e.g. can result from session interruptions in terminal server environments.

Changes

•All hotfixes that were provided for older versions are integrated in version 8.6.2.
